On a personal level, she’s very easy to be around. She listens deeply and without judgment, never interrupts or rushes you, and has a really calm presence. She’s also very responsive, and never makes you feel like you’re being a bother, which I really value.

My Top 3 Rules for Eating Fruit ⬇️

I always tell my clients: Eat more fruit. But how you eat it matters just as much.

1️⃣: Eat it ripe. Nature ‘pre-digests’ fruit in the sun, making it great gut food. The sun converts its starches into simple sugars so it’s easier to digest. Under ripe fruit can sometimes cause bloating, and doesn’t have the same nourishment value as ripe fruits.

2️⃣: Start your day with fruit. We wake up naturally dehydrated, and fruit provides the ‘living water’ and natural glucose your brain needs to kickstart your energy.

3️⃣: Eat it solo. Fruit digests fast! Pairing it with heavy fats can slow everything down, as it prevents the glucose from efficiently entering your cells. Fruit alone = clean digestion, instant energy, stable blood sugar.
