My journey to becoming a health and life coach started as a personal conquest to better understand my body. Throughout my life I have dealt with a series of mild to severe illnesses, and eventually decided to pave my own path to being “healthy”. There was a time during my earlier years where I was popping over 5 pills a day, without complete respite from my symptoms. I decided to explore alternative remedies that included many things from my kitchen, yoga and finding ways to strive to be happier everyday.


Once I uncovered the power of my mind and body to heal using earth’s natural resources, I wanted to make it my mission to share the same with others. I turned my passion into a new career in 2019 when I was certified by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, New York.


I work with my clients to help raise their awareness and empower them to forge a better relationship with their mind and body; to ensure they understand that health is not merely the absence of disease, but far greater than that.


Using the concept of bio-individuality as our cornerstone philosophy, we will imbibe lifestyle and nutritional changes to support you to be the best version of yourself. We extend our definition of ‘healthy’ to include your emotional nourishment- we craft individual plans to focus and support your mental well-being- a happy mind leads to a healthy body. Day by day, meal by meal, session by session, we will work together to ensure you are happy and healthy.

What is a Health Coach?

Health Coach/Wellness Coach are terms we are hearing more of- however what exactly do we do and how do we help you? The technical answer is a health coach is a supportive mentor and wellness authority who empowers others to feel their best through personalised diet and lifestyle changes. These are in alignment the clients’ goals and requirements.

We do not believe there is one diet/lifestyle that fits all- we deep dive into your history, emotions, past and present diet and much more, to better understand you before embarking on the journey ahead together.

At Wholesome we focus on your “primary” needs along with your nutritional requirements. Primary foods address our emotional and mental well-being, which is extremely important in our overall health. Taking a holistic approach and working together we will ensure you are better equipped to lead a happier and healthier life, while understanding and appreciating YOUR body for all it can do.

  • 3 sessions spread across the month (50mins)

3 MONTHS

  • 1 session a week for the first month (50 mins)
