Why I am A Health Coach

My journey to becoming a health coach started as a personal conquest to better understand my body. Since a child I have dealt with all sorts of illnesses, and eventually decided to pave my own path to being “healthy”.

There was a time I was popping over 5 pills a day, without complete respite from all my symptoms. I decided to explore alternative remedies that included many things from my kitchen, yoga and finding ways to strive to connect with myself. Once I uncovered the power of my mind and body to heal using Earth’s natural resources, I decided to make it my mission to share the same with others. I turned my passion into a career in 2019 when I was certified by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, New York (IIN).

I work with my clients to help raise their awareness and empower them to forge a better relationship with their mind and body; to ensure they understand that health is not merely the absence of disease, but far greater than that.
Using the concept of bio-individuality as our cornerstone philosophy, we imbibe lifestyle and nutritional changes to support you to be the best version of yourself. We extend our definition of ‘health’ to include your emotional nourishment. Day by day, meal by meal, session by session, we work together to ensure you are happy
