          I used to constantly feel bloated after meals and low on energy through my often-busy days. While I knew I needed changes to my diet and routine, I had no idea where to start because I always thought my diet was reasonably healthy.                         The reason I wanted to work with Bhavini was to supplement a program I had already begun to help manage and hopefully cure my chronic fatigue and pain. What happened was that I found through her plan and help alone I was able to reach a point where for the first time in 12 years, since my diagnoses, I had days where I wasn’t even aware of my condition. To be able to have such a vast improvement in such a short space of time is something I’d never have believed was possible, but now thanks to her I have the tools to be able to live a pain free life as well as having the energy to finally do everything and anything I want. It’s really incredible how much change has been achieved and throughout our time together Bhavini has been nothing but supportive and understanding.

                          I just thought to let you know that I brought in the diabetes consultant, he said “Oh! The meds are clearly working, your levels are so much better”. I was like “Oh! I am not on the meds, this is all diet and he literally couldn’t believe it, and he (the Doctor) said I don’t know how you have done this but, well done and I am very happy for you to continue without any medication…So thank you very much!

                            I had a very good experience working with Bhavini. I genuinely feel that after I've tried to implement even half of the things that she told me to do, my lifestyle has improved. I'm just feeling better about what I eat, and I'm definitely more conscious about what I eat. What I like the most was that she tailored my diet to my schedule, so it's not that she's giving every person a fixed routine to follow, but she asks you questions about your daily routine and what you do, and what what food is available in the places that you are and helps you find things that are like easily accessible to you. She explained the effects of the different food groups on my body and that helped me understand why something is good for me and why something isn't and because of that now I'm a lot more conscious of what I eat. It has been a very good experience and I would definitely recommend her.

                              Bhavini was very insightful in asking questions about the less obvious components of health - like stress and rest, but also about deeper events from the past. She really knows her stuff! Every time we had a session I felt heard and empowered to take the next steps in my own health journey. I have learned so much, and made some changes slowly that added up to big changes over 3 months, and have stuck. She was compassionate in supporting the journey, never judging when I fell off the plan, so the "plan" felt fluid and human, like walking a path and continuing on the journey lifelong, rather than one epic event and then a fall from glory. I am much more aware of what impacts my health now, and how to correct imbalances quickly when I am feeling off/ill.”
